cold wraps (excellent by the way) and two thermotex units. Recently I bought an ultrasound kit and you are quite right -
the ultrasound took my whole therapy habit to another level. I use everything religously now as part of my regular training
and I find I get hurt a lot less often. When I do take a bad hit, I bounce back in no time.

I am a RNA (12 years now) who suffered a neck / shoulder strain injury about 6 months ago. I have been suffering from a torn rotator cuff for 4 months. I have been seeing a professional physiotherapist for three of these months who said this injury will take about a year to heal. I am an avid tennis player that has this year suffered from both elbow and achilles tendonitis. For years I've been the best in my club but once my tendonitis set in I just couldn't compete. I tried creams and pain killers and bands but they didn't get me better. I was beginning to fear I'd never recover. Then I ordered a radiant kit and cold wrap from you and things have really turned around. The tightness and inflammation seem to be pretty much gone and I can't say enough about how much the cold wrap helped for pain. It was like it was sucking the pain right out of my ankle - truly amazing!
